"Though the cost was a bit more than we had initially figured on for the project, it turned out that for the quality of the water heater installed (a professional grade Bradford White) they were the most reasonable of the companies who we spoke to (both those in and out of Angie's List). Matt (the owner) was very easy to talk to about our needs, the options available and the details of the various tanks. He we talked about 8am, and he had his tech, Will, there to do the installation within an hour and the job was done by 11:30. "It went really well. I called for an appointment on Monday; not an emergency, so a Thursday call was fine. There was a confirmation call the night before and then one in the morning to tell me the plumber would be there in about 20 mins. Mario Q. arrived promptly; very professional, in a mask, gloves, booties. He looked everything over and then gave us a quote. He also suggested that I use the coupon from the site - and waited while I printed it. The work was efficient - with hardware store runs, he was done in about 7 hours. He climbed under the house to make sure nothing was leaking; he did see a few areas of concern that weren't related to the work done today. We'll have to save up for those. But for now - we have a lovely new toilet that doesn't have to be jiggled, and a faucet that turns smoothly. Well done Mario."

They showed up early and were done in about an hour, including toilet removal, new toilet installation, and all clean up. Talk about pleasant surprises!
