"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "It went really well. I called for an appointment on Monday; not an emergency, so a Thursday call was fine. There was a confirmation call the night before and then one in the morning to tell me the plumber would be there in about 20 mins. Mario Q. arrived promptly; very professional, in a mask, gloves, booties. He looked everything over and then gave us a quote. He also suggested that I use the coupon from the site - and waited while I printed it. The work was efficient - with hardware store runs, he was done in about 7 hours. He climbed under the house to make sure nothing was leaking; he did see a few areas of concern that weren't related to the work done today. We'll have to save up for those. But for now - we have a lovely new toilet that doesn't have to be jiggled, and a faucet that turns smoothly. Well done Mario."

He also said that he could perform the work today. He described what he envisioned our problem to be and how he planned to fix it. He then set to work, and while he came across a couple of unforeseen complications, he was able to get the job done efficiently and cleaned up afterward. His charge was for the original estimate. "I got tired of waiting for a response from another plumber I've worked with to install a toilet. I called Wilmar today at 11am. He was very friendly and said he'd have someone here by 1pm. They showed up early and were done in about an hour, including toilet removal, new toilet installation, and all clean up. Talk about pleasant surprises! They even checked another faucet for me and refused to let me pay extra for their time to take a look at it. They were super polite, wore booties and masks inside, and explained everything they did.
