We had a leaking toilet. Jose Romero of Core Plumbing responded to our request on Angi within ten minutes, and arrived at our home within twenty minutes. The problem turned out to be much more serious. The drain pipe beneath the toilet was clearly cracked and needed to be replaced. This is an older house, and there was no surprise here. Moreover, the pipe was in a narrow crawl space. Mr. Romero assessed the situation, provided a reasonable quote, and we authorized the repair. He came with his colleague Freddie the next day and did a thoroughly professional job, installing the new floor drain pipe, a new floor fitting for the toilet including a new concrete collar, and a replacement toilet all in one day. He was scrupulously clean, efficient, and we were amazed that he could accomplish this in a single day. We were very impressed with the work, and found him and his colleague straightforward, informative and pleasant. We would hire him again with pleasure. Highly recommended.

Jose and his team were very flexible in allowing us to continue to live in our home while fixing our water line. In the process he showed us how rusted out our line was from our water meter to our house and regardless of what the progress was, we always had water for the kitchen and bathroom for the 3 days required to replace ALL of the galvanized piping with new copper. He also resolved an un-level toilet issue in both bathrooms. We never knew it was not supported properly until he showed us; he quickly leveled the foundation under the toilet which we appreciated. Jose always listened to our concerns, and answered every question we had regarding the water piping replacement. Picture shows the leaking and the final copper replacement.

Jose is very professional. He is very efficient as is his assistant Ray. I have had work done before and I knew he would do a good job installing a new toilet, which he did. He is friendly and stays focused on the task at hand. He and Ray cleaned up all old parts really nicely. He also gave me a discount. All in all he did a great job!

CORE Plumbing, Jose gave us a very competitive quote to replace all of the house drain pipes and replacing the main sewer line. Jose showed us how our pipes were metal and very corroded causing the blockage. He able to start working the next day and finished everything in 2 1/2 days! He and his crew were professional and neat, always cleaning as the worked. We highly recommend Core Plumbing Solutions!

Jose did a great job. He replaced an old faucet with a new chrome faucet. He also drained my water heater. He is trustworthy and reliable.
