"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Jose was here the next day. We had a massive leaking faucet in our bathtub, about 5 gallons every two hours. The replacement faucet was not available anywhere and had to be ordered. Jose capped the old faucet lines to stop the leak. The replacement work was done in a timely and very professional manner. This company and especially Jose went above and beyond want we wanted done. If you ever need a plumber I highly recommend them"

"Al did an excellent job replacing the faucets(bibs) and drain for my laundry closet. He even patched the cut-out sheet rock that needed to be made for the replacement. Other plumbers I got estimates from would not do the patching. Also, he replaced the cartridges for my shower valves. I’ll definitely call him again for any future work."

"I got tired of waiting for a response from another plumber I've worked with to install a toilet. I called Wilmar today at 11am. He was very friendly and said he'd have someone here by 1pm. They showed up early and were done in about an hour, including toilet removal, new toilet installation, and all clean up. Talk about pleasant surprises! They even checked another faucet for me and refused to let me pay extra for their time to take a look at it. They were super polite, wore booties and masks inside, and explained everything they did.
