He also suggested that I use the coupon from the site - and waited while I printed it. The work was efficient - with hardware store runs, he was done in about 7 hours. He climbed under the house to make sure nothing was leaking; he did see a few areas of concern that weren't related to the work done today. We'll have to save up for those.
