They cleaned it and also pointed out that we had old cast iron pipes which had cracks. Subsequently, we engaged them to replace all our sewer lines. The work was done within 3 - 4 days and they kept us up to speed on every aspect. The work was excellent (and they showed pictures to prove it). He explained to us how the cartridge in the faucets are clean and unclogged, but the faucet body from the cheap brand is clogged and not serviceable. He recommended replacement faucets that should last longer and serviceable. We appreciated his honesty and would ask for his service again!"

"Though the cost was a bit more than we had initially figured on for the project, it turned out that for the quality of the water heater installed (a professional grade Bradford White) they were the most reasonable of the companies who we spoke to (both those in and out of Angie's List). Matt (the owner) was very easy to talk to about our needs, the options available and the details of the various tanks. He we talked about 8am, and he had his tech, Will, there to do the installation within an hour and the job was done by 11:30.
