"They were great. The job got done quickly and the installation was very high quality. The work area was clean afterward and they took away my old heater at no extra charge. They even installed a new wood base for the water heater to sit on because the old one had water damage from the old leaky heater.
The only issue I had was that I had no way to double-check their price for the job. Given the leaky heater, it had to be taken care of same day, so I didn't get multiple bids. The price seemed a little high, but I have no reason to think I didn't get a good value. They installed a Bradford White unit, which I understand to be a good one.

"Evan did a fantastic job for us. He installed a brand-new toilet and rebuilt the internals of another one, and it’s clear he really knows his trade. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and both toilets are working perfectly now. He showed up on time, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and his pricing was fair and transparent. He left the work area clean, which we really appreciated. Evan is also a great guy to have around while the work is being done — very personable and full of great stories. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a plumber who knows his stuff and takes pride in his work, I’d definitely recommend Evan."
