"They were great.  The job got done quickly and the installation was very high quality.  The work area was clean afterward and they took away my old heater at no extra charge.  They even installed a new wood base for the water heater to sit on because the old one had water damage from the old leaky heater.  
The only issue I had was that I had no way to double-check their price for the job.  Given the leaky heater, it had to be taken care of same day, so I didn't get multiple bids.  The price seemed a little high, but I have no reason to think I didn't get a good value.  They installed a Bradford White unit, which I understand to be a good one.
