"This is a church kitchen remodel, which requires almost all the requirements for a commercial kitchen. He has many years in commercial kitchen work, like restaurants. As a general contractor, he knows all the sub-contractors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing that do good work. Our major work is replacing the commercial fume hood, which needed new hood and duct work, and adding make-up-air fan and ducts. Fire suppression, fire sprinkler also gave us a lot of headache from the city. KCB Construction worked through all these issues with conviction to get the work done and passing city inspection.
