Get matched with top contractors in Soquel, CA

"Jason is the best - I couldn't have asked for a better experience. His tile guy Brian is amazing - a true professional and perfectionist. We also used his plumber David who didn't quit until he got everything working perfectly. Everyone showed up on time as scheduled and they all cared about their work which is pretty hard to find. My daughter just used a horrible contractor that she had to fire - I felt guilty telling her about our great experience!!"

"It took us time to find a contractor. We got over Six quotes only two contractors actually sent us a bid. Ben was very responsive. He sent us the quote within a week from the visit. We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. We finally found someone we can trust and will definitely be using him again. Thank you again Ben it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you."

"Punctual. Listens closely to customer s concerns. Collectively finds most efficient manner to complete project."

"These folks are conscientious, honest contractors. I have hired then for many years and I am never disappointed in the workmanship and quality. They always back their work and came back to fix something that they worked on. An added bonus is that they are just great people. I would highly recommend them and I am picky."

"From the beginning Ryan was straight forward, honest, had a clear timeline and met all my expectations. As a contractor I'm always nervous when I hire someone else to do work for me. There is always the chance that their workmanship will be poor, they will excessively markup material, fall behind on schedule, disappear after receiving majority of payment and leave the project unfinished. All I have to say about Lovejoy construction is this, his workmanship was exceptional, his prices are fair, he completed our project on time, and had a fair and clear payment schedule. When I have another project I will be calling Lovejoy construction for work."

"Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."
