"Karol worked as general contractor for our home remodel, which involved adding a second story on an existing single family home. Karol managed the project very skillfully, keeping it within budget and our timeline. I was particularly impressed by his integrity and we eventually came to trust him for looking out for it interests. When our initial drywall subcontractor was overbilling us and frequently absent from the job, Karol promptly called out the actions and terminated the contact. He helped us find good workarounds for some issues involving our kitchen cabinets and a new outdoor deck."

"Our kitchen renovation was expertly completed by Bay Remodeling Kitchen & Bath. Their staff was detail-oriented, professional, and on time. They listened to our ideas and converted our vision into reality with magnificent cabinets, trendy counters, and impeccable finishes. Their internal team kept us informed at every stage, and the entire process went well. We now have a lovely and useful area for hosting and cooking. I heartily endorse their services to anybody seeking superior craftsmanship!"

"Tool Time was absolutely fabulous. Extremely professional and thorough. From beginning until end, everything was outstanding. No detail was overlooked. This was a step down for my mother‘s home, she couldn’t be happier. It looks as though it was installed at the same time the other banister was. 100% GREAT JOB !!!"

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."

"We recently had the chance to work with Quartz construction ( owner: Ohad) on our construction project for bathroom remodeling and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, transparency. They maintained clear communication throughout the project, kept us informed of progress and any potential changes, and delivered everything on time and within budget. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — every detail was handled with care and precision. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were responsive to our questions, respectful of our space, and ensured that the final outcome matched our vision perfectly. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy construction contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend Quartz Construction, Ohad and his team. AJ"

"Highly recommend these folks! I needed to do some major remodeling in my condo - knock down walls to combine bedrooms, update kitchen and bath, and new floors. I bid with about 5 different companies and decided to go with them because they were the most organized, confident, and clear - the vibe just felt right AND they actually managed to stay within my budget (which was a tall order!). There were a few snafus with plumbing and city permits but the project manager Scott handled it well and was always very clear about the options and timelines. He managed to get everything done on schedule which was super important because I only had 4 months before I had to move out of my old space. The crew was always punctual and professional. Iâ m entirely satisfied with the job they did â 10/10!"

"SGB Construction recently replaced my roof, and I'm thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. The new roof looks great and gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend SGB for roofing services. Thanks for a job well done!"
