I bid with about 5 different companies and decided to go with them because they were the most organized, confident, and clear - the vibe just felt right AND they actually managed to stay within my budget (which was a tall order!). There were a few snafus with plumbing and city permits but the project manager Scott handled it well and was always very clear about the options and timelines.
