Our project was a small yard with a combination of hard surface and the installation of artificial turf for our dogs. I was surprised how good it looks and the dogs seem to enjoy it as much as real grass. I interviewed a few companies and chose Landscape Solutions based on how easy they were to talk to and how transparent they were with their process including design and billing. The entire job went very smoothly. I changed a few things after we started, and they were upfront about how that would impact the time to completion and the cost. In both cases their estimates were accurate. Their pricing was competitive and given the quality of the finish product and the ease of working with them I found it to be very reasonable. The guys they had doing the work were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each days work and returned the next morning right on time. "Mike is a great guy to work with. Our home, being prepped for rental, had 20 year old plus irrigation system irregularly maintained and with an inconsistent water bill. Mike walked around and gave a detailed assessment and very fair estimate for the work. I do not live near by so he sent regular video updates of the work- and the inevitable surprises that comes with working with ancient irrigation. He knows all the Latin names of plants, recommended what should go and what to replaced and what the watering should look like for current plants and trees. Extra work was required for some drip lines and line-burying to avoid squirrels; final invoice again extremely fair. My only regret is we didn’t find him sooner while we lived in the house- though I am happy that our renters will enjoy a beautiful garden.
