"This company is incredibly good!! I cannot praise them enough. First, Eric Calamia, the owner, replied within 30 minutes of my on -line request. My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. He even provided an extra bracket to strengthen a section that, ideally, the seller should have included in the purchase."

"For over six months, we interviewed six different professional and well recommended contractors for our master bathroom remodel. The project manager Gili arrived immediately and not only LISTENED to my ideas and my vision, but also HEARD what I wanted. He expanded on my original ideas until we all agreed (including my reluctant husband) on the vision for our master bathroom. He helped us with the selection of tile, trim, grouting, shape and colors for the remodel. He accepted my ideas of the barn doors for both the vanity entry as well as for the closet door. He allowed my husband to design a somewhat 'heart shaped' type bench for the shower which allows us more room for entering and exiting the shower. It is so utilitarian as well as an interesting and very innovative design. Even though we had a few 'hiccups,' Gili and his team met every challenge and solved each problem. They were prompt upon arrival and stayed long after day's end. They were dedicated and committed to pleasing us every step of the way by accepting our ideas and concerns. It actually turned out to be a wonderful collaborative project. I had warned that my husband 'crosses every T" and dots every i,", but there were no problems whatsoever. Gili had made some promises, and I was somewhat skeptical from my HGTV viewing experiences. However, there were no last minute surprises, and He was true to his word! Gili and his team are excellent representatives for LAR, and I would not hesitate one minute to hire Gili as project manager again. They receive 5+ Stars and will be highly recommended to friends, neighbors and anyone who needs to hire an excellent contractor. GREAT JOB Gili and all the workers from LAR!"
