"John was very responsive. I called in the middle of the day, he listened to the issue I was having, and he sent his tech, Victor, to my home that same day. Victor was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. He needed to replace the components inside my toilet tank and fix the shut-off valve to the toilet. He had everything he needed, was able to get the job done quickly, and I could tell the work was quality. I will definitely call John and Victor again for any plumbing needs. I'm relieved to have found them as I've struggled with finding plumbers that are prompt and responsive!"

"We’ve had so many plumbing projects over the years and have always used Rapid Rescue. "It was a great experience. The guys knew what they were doing and explained everything to me. My sewer was backed up and I was referred to this company... I think the name made me want to call... we had been having constant problems with back ups and this time it flooded the bathroom and we decided to have it fixed.
