The men that did our home were kind and very knowledgeable. Someone from the office came to make sure everything was being done well and they even brought their own port-o-potty so the workers wouldn't need to use our facilities. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

CertaPro did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. Bid was reasonable and the professionals painting the house were on time, polite, informed us of what would be accomplished that day and cleaned up each day. We had some unexpected warm days and they worked diligently to get the job completed. Of course there were areas that needed to be touched up and the foreman handled all the areas we identified and areas we didn’t notice. He definitely wanted the house to look great and us to be happy with the result. I would refer this company to anyone and we will hire them again for any interior painting.

Job was to sand, stain, and clear-coat front entry doors that were badly weathered from years of exposure to sun. CertaPro did an excellent job at a reasonable price. As a bonus, their tech even cleaned and polished the door hardware. The doors look good as new and are well-protected from the weather for years to come.

I was promised a certificate from the paint manufacturer guaranteeing that the paint won't chip or crack. I never received the certificate.

I DO NOT recommend CertaPro Painters of Pasadena. The franchise owner refused to complete the project/painting. The painting started yesterday, but the franchise owner would not sign (abide by) my "Mechanic Lien Release", which I supplied him that morning. He canceled the painting (NOTE: the CertaPro Painter representative signed the very same release earlier that morning) . Also, I monitored painting while it was occurring. I had to stop the painters and ask them place more tarps underneath where they were painting. They had not fully covered my new synthetic grass and the concrete pad (in the vicinity of their painting). I hired professional painters with the objective of fully protecting my new grass and the concrete pad. Everyone knew that and they should not have started without fully protecting.

CertaPro was not able to execute the job because additional work needed to be done so we are restuccoing instead of painting. They were very diligent in trying to solve the surface problem but it was not feasible to continue with the original plan.

CertiPro promised to: 1) respect home and property 2) act like a guest in my home 3) do things right the first time. Unfortunately, the end result of this job was overshadowed by several significant issues , which demonstrated CertiPro's compromised ability to work in the home unsupervised. Overall, very disappointing customer experience.
