He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. Mario's team was very professional with installation of new floor and refinishing existing floor.
