First, during the demo, everything was removed very carefully so that he could reuse as much of the material as possible. The deck didn't look demolished, it looked carefully taken apart. Rick also used reclaimed materials in our yard wherever possible. We are renovation novices and Rick was very thoughtful every step of the way. His team was on time every morning and he showed up most days to walk us through the project before we left for work each day. He always answered his phone (every single time I called) to answer questions or explain the next steps. His workers were respectful and friendly, and they cleaned up every day. We love the finished product. We've hosted multiple parties and showers since Azteca 111 finished and we have loved showing off the new yard. Beyond just the finished product, two stories sum up why we appreciated working with Rick. 1) On the final day of construction, we weren't 100% happy with our perogla design. Rick came right over and gave us a few different options to change it up. He used leftover materials and modified the design that day and still finished on time and within the budget. 2) One Sunday afternoon, after all the work was done and the last check had been cashed, our mechnical gate opened when our car was blocking it and we could not get it to close. I called Rick and he had his subs who installed the gate at our house within an hour to fix it. That is great service."
