"Top-Pro Home Builders were amazing. Our master bath remodel turned out just the way we wanted, and, in a timely manner, on budget and right on schedule. Ilan does such a great job communicating which makes him a true gem in his field. He was always one step ahead of me and I was never left with unanswered questions or problems. I look forward to next year when we will be using them again for our kitchen! I highly recommend them"

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"

After receiving  home improvement magazine in the mail, my husband and I decided that it was time we had our bathroom remodeled. We had called a few companies and one of them just happened to be "your Favorite  Contractor", with a name like that how could you not want to call. We called them up to set up an appointment and had a time set for a design consultation. We met with Mike the head designer and let me tell you, I was delighted by the ideas and suggestion he had come up with, as opposed to others he listened to what we wanted and just tweaked the design to make it more user friendly, even the price was appealing. we then set a date to start and two weeks later we had a completed new bathroom that we just love. Thank you Mike for all our hard work you deserve an A+

"I choose this company to remodel my master bathroom and i am so glad for the result! They demolish my big old tub and install instead of her a smaller tub with a walking shower with a bench, used special tiles for the floor and walls.all of this created unique and modern design like in magazines.i liked that i was updated in every stage of the project, they worked clean and finished at the time was promised ."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Koi fish should be in the shade and can’t be directly exposed to the sun. Consider building your koi pond in a shaded spot or hanging an awning over the top to control the amount of sunlight coming in. Learn how to design a landscape properly.

While they’re popular and have a lot of pros, the cons of river rocks include the following:

  • River rocks don’t break down or provide nutrients to plants.

  • These stones can get hot and scorch nearby plants.

  • River stones may heat the surrounding soil to inhospitable temperatures.

  • Rocks can block rainwater from seeping into the ground if installations are too thick or tightly packed.

Most downsides occur when using river rock as mulch in gardens and flower beds. However, you can still incorporate river rocks into your landscape as long as you use them in the correct ways.

The average pond maintenance cost is $2,000. But how much you pay to take care of your pond depends on multiple factors, such as the size of the pond and whether fish live in it. Your area's climate also affects the overall maintenance cost, as you may need to winterize your pond to protect it and any aquatic life in it during the colder months.

A good rule of thumb is to change 5% to 15% of your koi pon’s water every week. Partial water changes help keep your koi healthy, and replacing small amounts at a time prevents causing stress for the fish.

In addition to length and width, pond liners also come in various thickness levels. Thickness is measured in mils, a unit of measurement equal to one-thousandth of an inch, with most pond liners ranging from 15 to 60 mils in thickness. The smaller the number, the thinner (and weaker) the liner. To prevent rips and tears, it’s best to choose a pond liner that’s at least 30 mils thick.
