"I called Drakes for an estimate on two small wool area rugs. Scott gave me an estimate that was very competitive and he was most gracious in spite of the small size of the job. As it turned out we decided to have a few more small area rugs cleaned at the same time. Scott is very knowledgeable and most willing to explain the process and answer questions.
He picked up, cleaned and delivered the rugs promptly. The rugs looked great. There was a stubborn stain that couldn't be removed but was greatly improved.
Scott also provided information about rug pads, provided me with swatches and even gave me a leftover piece of padding. He is patient and generous with his time in spite of a very busy schedule. We are delighted to have a carpet cleaning professional we know we can count on for all future jobs.

"My gutters were a mess. They had not been cleaned in 5yrs. LA Clean Pros responded immediately to my request, came out on a day of my choice. They were extremely professional. They had to move outdoor furniture around and they returned everything back to its original place. I intend to use them again for others services."
