The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past.
