"We hired John and Anytime Painting to paint our exterior garage, doors, as well as concrete steps and front porch. He was great at first, and we selected his crew over other quotes. However, after just a few months, the paint on our front porch and steps is pealing off in patches. We tried contacting him multiple times via direct text as well as through Angi to repair the porch and stairs, and we have not even gotten a response yet after a month of trying. That is not to mention that his crew left at the end of the job with items obviously unfinished, like the trim on an area of the the garage that had been primed but not painted at all in one spot, the lighting fixture they had removed was not put back onto the house, and they had to come back a week later to complete the obvious items. IT seems likely that they only applied 1 coat of paint to the porch and front steps, which was not obvious at the time, but other steps painted with the same paint are fine, so it is the only explanation. Now we are going to have to have the front porch and steps repainted again, after paying him to do the job. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, and was hoping to resolve this directly, but since he is not responding to us, we don't have a choice, as I would definitely not recommend working with a company that does not complete or stand by their work and then ghosts."

"I must say George Parks was a refreshing difference from all the contractors we had quoted from. Out of the 5 contractors that bid for us, George, as the sole proprietor, came out and gave us straight forward, no-nonsense bid. He was methodical in his site inspection work and gave us a best case scenario of how the ideal roof repair was supposed to go. He wasn't slick or gimmicky with pricing. I knew right away this guy took a ton of pride in his family's tradecraft. He also built into the pricing to account for unexpected surprises like wood damage and he was also willing to work with me on pricing when our actual roof dimensions was larger than the estimate I provided for him on area, which consequently meant more materials needed to finish the project. George pulled all the necessary permits and handled all the city paperwork. The project took about 7-10 days to complete which included exterior paint, decking repair, stucco repair, wood repair and restoration. His crew showed up on time and kept the site very clean. George served as foreman and was there every single day without fail. We spent 30 minutes each day with a work in progress walk around and updates whenever a major phase was completed. At all times, he was keeping an eye on the quality control and ferrying supplies to keep the crews working on schedule. His crews are experienced, polite, and punctual. In the end, he cleaned up the site better than he left it. The house now looks brand new and the painting looks immaculate. He was the right combo of services for us. We had hard to paint areas (like the chimney and high rooftop trims) and the fact we had coordinated with the roofing schedule, the outcomes were better than if they were done in piecemeal. The painters were able to reach difficult areas that would have required scaffolding but since we did the roof at the same time, they were able to integrate access to hard areas seamlessly in the schedule. This was a significant repair for us but I felt I had my money well spent on all the work that needed to be done. He was fair, honest, punctual, transparent, and experienced. He stood firm on his quote with no up-sells. He budgeted for allowances for unseen surprises within reason. He also stood behind his workmanship. A+ work."

"Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house."

"From start to finish this is a fantastic company! Joon was personable, on time, communicated regularly through text, paid great attention to detail and even helped to troubleshoot the cause of some issues we had with water damage on our home. He was thorough in his bid, honest about what they could accomplish and how long it would take. Our home was a challenge for several reasons: 1. It had not been painting in nearly 20 years and had damage to stucco (some we hired others to fix due to extensive issues), the eaves were badly peeling due to an inadequate prep job done by our previous painter. 2. We have all wood windows and many of them , some had water damage that rotted sections of the wood frames, and a large back slider door also wood all with small grid lines. A lot of work to paint! 3 The chimney (appeared to be brick but was actually concrete over rebar) had damage that turned out to be cosmetic thankfully but his team did an excellent job to repair section and make it look so much better After power washing, they sanded extensively to remove as much peeling and damage as possible, and even went beyond what he said he could do by replacing sections of our rotted window trim rather than simply using the wood putty to fill. His workers did an incredible job and paid attention to detail in many problem areas we pointed out. We agreed upon the highest end Dunn Edwards paint Evershield and he was patient as we decided on a white trim color even mixing a custom color for us. I also wanted a brick pillar removed and a wood one built to replace it in our front porch area—Joon worked to create a beautiful new post with the details as in the picture I sent him. It is simply gorgeous! I could not be happier with the result and have received so many compliments on how our house looks upon completion. Hopefully the paint holds up to the weather conditions, keeping its color and adherence to the stucco and wood. I highly recommend Joon, Sal and the crew for your painting needs!!!"

Miguel, Leo, and Jim came on time, did meticulous job sanding. Carefully cleaned all sawdust and applied stain and sealer Deck looks beautiful. Time will tell how long it lasts."
