"I ve never had a same day plumbing appt unless it was an emergency. This time it was different. Called Eric first thing in the morning because of my Mom s kitchen faucet and arranged a time for the same day. He came at the appointed time, examined the broken faucet and decided he could fix it and that s what he did. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. "I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced."

Immediately when Tony came to the door, he introduced himself, shook my hand and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I think he is a straight shooter and I immediately since this was a fair dude. Tony is the owner of the company so it was fantastic to deal directly with the boss who could give me straightforward answers. I had received several quotes for this job ranging from $2700, $2900 and the best one was $6800 all for the same product. Tony quoted me $1795 and that is what I paid. I have struggled to find a local plumber who I connected with and now I think I finally found my man. His crew was polite and they were very efficient. I highly recommend this plumbing company."
