"This company was recommended to me by another top rated Angie's list plumber who was completely booked. I had already had two other plumbers come out who were unable to clear the drain. My pipes are old, full of sludge and evidently ready for replacement, but we needed an immediate fix. The other two guys didn't try very hard to clear the clog (it took a 50ft snake) and tried to sell me the repipe rather than fix the immediate problem. Sergio kept at it until he got it cleared. "Worked with James and from the start it was clear everything was organized and transparent. &nbsp;He stated the materials they use, what they will (and won't) do, and when it would take place. &nbsp;I had to take time off work so I really appreciate that everything happened as scheduled. &nbsp;The repipe (~1800 sq foot house took&nbsp;about 6 hours) occurred on day one, the next day the city inspector showed up (no observations), patched up the drywall on the third day (about 4 hours), and on the fourth day had final inspection. &nbsp;There was never an evening where we did not have water/shower available. &nbsp;The workers were very kind and professional and careful to be tidy. &nbsp; &nbsp;I highly recommend this contractor.&nbsp;show more
