"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"I had the water line from the street to my house shut off by the water district the day I was leaving for vacation because of a massive leak. I was ok without the water for the day, but we have pets being watched while we are gone and didn't want to return home to shower after a long flight. To keep it short, Chandler's Plumbing called me within minutes of me sending my Angie's request, 4 hours till they were at my house (I'm already over an hour from them to begin with) and a brand new copper line ran over 75ft within 24-28 hours of me sending that first request. To top it off the price was very reasonable and that's coming from someone who is cheap. They did quote me for the single fix or running the new line, but I had galvanized that was corroding where it wasn't leaking yet. Fixing it 1-2 more times would cost more than new copper pipe. Super satisfied, I'll use them in the future."

Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!)
