This happened on a Saturday and they don’t have technicians available for emergencies on weekends and they won’t reimburse for a company that does. They told me not to worry we’ll make it right but the earliest service date they had available was two weeks later. Post sale they don’t care about the customer or about the quality of their work. And if that wasn't enough, a month and a half later, they had the audacity to call me, claiming I was late on paying their invoice – for work they never performed!
