Great service, punctual, and a quality outcome

I was originally told that it would be a long wait, but got a call back about a half hour later, and the technician showed up about a half hour after that. I explained the problem, expecting the job to take about 20 minutes and cost about $200. However, he quoted me a $404! I called my regular plumber who, granted, won't be able to make it until tomorrow morning, but will do the job for the expected $200 range.

I did use Roto-Rooter and I’ve always had a very good experience with them. I bought the replacement parts on my own. I had them install them. I will use them again. It was one worker that came out. It took longer than he thought. It took 3 or more hours.

Very well. The plumber diagnosed the problem and cleared the blockage. He had to remove the toilet to do it, so it wasn't cheap, but he solved the problem. He arrived quickly and set about work efficiently.

The service went very well and quickly, considering the scope of the project.

They were very helpful because they said if I go buy the disposal I would save me about $300, so that was good.

It went very good. I felt to some extent I was scammed. They just could have been more honest. They were making it much bigger than it had to be. I subsequently was able to do it much better and much cheaper. They were looking for $15,000 for a sewer line. It turns out we didn't need a sewer line, all we had to do was to cut the roots in the line and it was fine.

It went great. I was very happy. 10 minutes before a party at our house started I noticed that a toilet was severely clogged. I called Roto Rooter at 4PM on a Sunday and they arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem.

Hard to find someone available over weekend, so appreciate the fast availability. Someone can come in an hour on a Friday night. However, the prices quote was not good $250/hour for a minimum of 1 hour. Way more than we want to pay/other services that are less prompt.

Keith and helper were right on time. Very professional, conscientious, easy to work with.

I have a drainage problem and water back up to the bathtub. I called in roto-rooter late at night and they came first thing in the morning. Service was quick, clean, and the technician was courteous, and informed me what was going on.  
I have been using them for many years and I found their work always reliable.
