After being highly frustrated after multiple calls to and delays from my original flooring company to repair my buckled flooring (about 10 sq ft) due to a water leak, I was ecstatic that David (New Life Flooring) returned my 1st call within an hour, scheduled an evaluation for the following day, and personally repaired my floor flawlessly one day later in 3 hours! You d never know it had ever been damaged. Throughout the process, David kept me well informed, listened to my concerns, and responded to all of my questions.
