Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. "David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning.
