"Roger and his crew did a fine job on this project, a very large bathroom in our building as well as related areas including electrical and painting and floor finishing. He supervised the work making almost daily visits to the job and he recommended a source for all of the materials, meeting us on a couple of occasions at the home center to make selections for the main project as well as some other work in other areas of the building . He was well organized, furnished regular payment requests, very well detailed, and finished the project well within the promised schedule. I would recommend him."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley and we live in LA. We had a roof leak that caused mold damage in a ceiling and side wall in the garage. Our tenants were pretty spooked and expressed concern the whole house might have mold. The situation seemed serious enough that we decided to drive up to Mill Valley from Los Angeles and find a contractor. We found Ceres Construction on a Saturday morning via Angi's list and talked to company owner Adrian Kovaci maybe 10 minutes after posting our request, by phone. We jumped in the car and headed north. Adrian met with us that very afternoon, maybe 6 hours later, at the Mill Valley house. He ran tests throughout the house for mold and gave us his assessment of the situation. We were very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness -- and his very reasonable bid -- and hired him on the spot. Everything went exceedingly well in the following days and weeks when he went about removing and replacing drywall, fixing an electrical problem we didn't know we had and replacing a wooden door with a water-proof aluminum door. By this time, we were back in LA. Every evening, Adrian would send us photos of his progress. Best of all, the tenants kept telling us how impressed they were, so we were able to turn lemons into lemonade. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Adrian Kovaci and Ceres Construction. We surely hope we don't need to use him in the future, but if we need to, we won't hesitate to call him again. If you have a mold issue, call Ceres Construction. Thank you, Adrian. "Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. The entire job came in at cost with just a couple of upgrades we made.  We are 100% satisfied with the finished job"
