"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

Nato and his crew from the first day to the last arrived on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every day after themselves, knew what they were doing, worked with us on design changes, provided suggestions that were value added and always respectful of the original design. Even thought we had a lot more rain than is expected for this time of the year, they continued to work and finished on time!! I cannot stress how easy it was to work with these people! "The owner (Frederick "Michael" Jones, an experienced painting contractor) was very straightforward and accommodating, checking on the job several times per day.  The painting crew (Guillermo, Oliver, and Wilmer, all from Guatemala in their 20's) was exceptionally diligent, considerate, neat, and equally accommodating.  The job began and ended on time.  Though I'm no expert, there are many reasons to believe that the quality of work was high.  As one example, our protruding nails were fixed in a 6-step process: (1) set the nail; (2) prime the nail and surrounding depression; (3) fill the depression with Bondo; (4) sand the Bondo; (5) prime the Bondo; (6) apply the final coat(s).  Our house looks like new; time will tell how long that look lasts."

"Joe came the same day we called to give us an estimate for the job.  We scheduled it for a couple days later.  He showed up as scheduled and got the job done in the time he estimated.  The stuck door was a bit of a challenge to fix without causing damage.  I liked that rather than rush in, Joe was thoughtful in his approach.  Would use again.

"Javier, Jose and Victor have done several remodeling projects at my house from two full bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel that were total gut jobs. I’ve also had them create a tray ceiling in my primary bedroom and completely demolish and rebuild a fireplace facade. These guys work fast. They always show up early and keep a “clean” construction site. I think they are great contractors for the knowledgeable homeowner that has the design vision, knows what they want and is willing to be the “project manager”. As the homeowner I picked out and bought all the finishing touches and had them ready for the guys. After the work day was done I would inspect their work and take stock of any questions, concerns, or changes that I wanted to go over with them the next morning before they started work. Communication was always easy and they were always receptive. I definitely recommend these guys and would definitely use them again on future projects."
