Hiring Will Beyerbach Construction was the best choice we ever made regarding our complete remodel for our large master bathroom and secondary guest bath. We also hired him to do a deck repair that involved creative problem-solving to come up with the best solution that balanced durabilty with aesthetics. Will is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fairly priced -- which is why he has been in business for so many years. His talented crew are also exceptional. Not only are they skilled craftsmen who are proud of their work, they are on-time and work very efficiently. Will and his team totally transformed our old bathrooms into beautiful spa-like sanctuaries that are the highlight of our home now. We are very, very happy with how our projects turned out!

And for those that want to know more about why I say these things ... My project was a large renovation that included gutting two bathrooms, moving walls, adding a closet, turning a window into a French door and all kinds of other details. Will's quote came in about middle of the road for the project. Quality was a top priority, so I checked out everyone's reviews. All of Will's were stellar (and I now see why). This is ultimately what led me to choosing him. We negotiated a bit until we got to a shared understanding of the scope of work and pricing. Will came out several times to ensure we were on the same page and addressed all my concerns up front without making feel pressured or like I was a source of irritation. Worth noting - I'm picky and a perfectionist - that is not lost on me. All contractors that showed up carried themselves professionally. They made sure to care for the house and respect the property, protecting areas and cleaning up after themselves. They made sure to seal areas to limit dust into other parts of the house and approach the logistics of the project in such a sequence as to minimize our day to day life disruption. The plan was well thought out. As with any project of this size, you hit unknown unknowns. While these can be the most stressful moments of construction, Will and team remained solutions oriented. Will was able to articulate the issues and options to solve them. When work came up that wasn't expected in the original scope, Will was incredibly fair with his time. His experience clearly shines through in this way. He was prepared and willing to work around all issues. I never felt that I was getting price gouged or taken advantage of, which is super important in these moments of uncertainty. Furthermore, I made several adaptations to the project plan as we got further along. Will took this in stride as well and clearly prioritized my satisfaction above all else. When it came time to wrap up, will made sure he and the team followed through with all the odds and ends to make sure they left the house in good condition. 10/10 would recommend Will and know that I'll hire him again for my next project!

Working with Will on my bathroom remodel was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. His proposal was fair and all line items laid out clearly. The job was scheduled quickly and competed earlier than estimated. Will was always available either through phone or email and all of my questions were answered. Alvaro’s work is amazing. My bathroom looks exactly how I had imagined it. I will definitely use Will and his team for my kitchen remodel and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a remodel.

We had an unbelievable experience with Will and his team. We use them for a medium size bathroom refresh. Exceptionally courteous and just darn friendly. Everything was done on time and with the upmost professionalism. Attention was made to detail in every aspect. Extremely trustworthy as well. He made sure we were pleased with the progress and always answered our questions quickly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Employees who performed the work did an excellent job overall. Great tile work and excellent execution. Sometimes communication was difficult as not all employees spoke English making communicating difficult at times. Also, schedule updates were not provided at times making it difficult to know what progress had been done on the project. However, the work provided was done in a timely manner and was performed well. I would use them again - just would require a written schedule with updates and ensure that a well defined scope of work was in place.

Will and his team are great. They come when expected , are friendly and courteous - and follow Covid protocols cheerfully. The deck looks wonderful.

Will and his team are fantastic. They show up early and work on Saturdays. The quality of the work is first rate. Will is very easy to work with and adapts to any changes easily. We will hire him again.

Workers did an excellent job. My bathroom looks great. My only complaint is there is still work to be. A couple of small features on the vanity still remain to be completed. I will just finish these myself. Remember, donâ t pay until you are satisfied with the work.

Will and his team are great! They helped us with a remodel to our guest bedroom and bathroom after our upstairs neighbors had a very bad leak. The remodel included replacing original crown molding (San Francisco home), painting, floors, electrical, tiling, carpentry, everything. They did a fantastic job and finished in a timely manner. We are expecting a baby soon so timing was really important to us and he completed everything as discussed. I would highly recommend Will.

Will and his team did exceptional work on our garage remodel. We turned an unfinished garage into a multipurpose workout, bar, office, and living space with great storage. The team payed great attention to detail and functionality of the space, and Iâ d highly recommend them for a similar remodel.

Everything about this experience was positive. Will was a great communicator and followed up to help us with our projects in a very timely way. We had some rotten trim replaced, a new built in refrigerator project, and some exterior redwood siding replaced. Everything was done extremely well and with great care to detail. I will be calling this company again! I wish every contractor experience was as good as this one.

Will was always very responsive and easy to work with. He understood what I wanted and delivered two large projects (kitchen and master bath) on budget and on schedule. I will definitely contact Will again for any future construction or remodeling projects.

We hired Will to remodel our guest bathroom and we are very happy with the results and turnaround time. The project was over budget by > 25% due to some challenges that were encountered after demolition but the end results were great.
