"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

Was very pleased with their work and the Jacuzzi plumber called in to change water inlet piping from cast iron to a new piping. Really appreciated the fact they were proficient and did not bash other companies . Please change wording from demolition to reconstruction. Demolition connotes blowing things up."

My main sewage drain clogged in front of my house at 4:50 pm. I called Moore and you’re team came out in 30 minutes. The crew had it unclogged at 5:40 pm. I couldn’t believe it. I was considering taking my family to a hotel. With that clog, staying in the house was not possible. You guys are awesome!!!"
