They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for window replacement work. Gary Chern provided a very clear presentation of the company and the windows they offer with various options. Larry Khimich was very communicative with the details of the scope of work and their crew did an excellent job. They damaged one lawn decoration that we discovered later and they provided payment for replacement of the decoration. Mistakes happen and they made good on the damage. They did the work in October and it is now the end of March. No problems and we are very happy with our new windows!

Excellent! They did such a great job and at an outstanding price. I have so many windows in my house and they came in way below any other competitor. It's been a few years but the windows still look and work great! As a matter of fact, my next door neighbor recently hired them to replace all of their windows based on the job they did at my house.

They have not yet contacted me regarding the work to be done. As I am preparing to go on a vacation and will not return until the middle of next week, I'm in no hurry. If I haven't heard from them by the end of next week (May 29), I will contact them the following week.

I had paid the $1,000 advance by Visa through Angie's List, since Best Exteriors only accepts Pay Pal. Angie's sent them a check, but Best Exteriors said they didn't know what it was for, so it took two months to get an agreement signed. It seems to me that they could have called Angie's to ask what it was for. If I received a check for that much and didn't know why, I'd be on the phone right away to find out. I paid it in March. The job was done in July.

The crew of two men showed up on time and did a great job installing the windows. The problems started after the windows were in. The re-installed my two window air conditioners, but left large gaps around them where wind and water could get in.

 They fixed one of them before they left, but I had to call the office to get the other one done. It was fixed a week later, but then Alex called me and said it was not part of their job to put the A/C back in, and the customer should make the arrangements for that. Well, alright, but he didn't tell me that when he came out to make the arrangements for the work to be done. It would have been a deal breaker for me, as I am elderly and not strong enough to do that. He said they had "gone above and beyond" by putting the A/C back in for me, but I don't think it's too much to expect them to put things back as they were when they started the job. Certainly they should have told me if it wasn't part of the agreement.

From quote all the way through installation, they were professional as well as personable. They were quick and efficient completed job in a day and half. Clean up was done as work was done nice to see that kind of pride in workmanship. The window and sliding doors were affordable and being tested by my dogs and grandsons, so far so good. I will happily use Best Exteriors in the future.

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price they said they would do it for.  Alex was on time and professional in his presentation and willing to answer questions.  The workman were great.  They were on time.  They were courteous.  They were skilled at what they were doing.  They cleaned up the job site each day.  I know it is rare in the construction industry but it was a pleasure to deal with Best Exteriors from start to finish.

Since it was a new construction, we had many options and quotes on different companies. We went with Best Exteriors and did not regret it one bit. The customer service and quality they provided was more then we could ask for. The most important thing was the quality of the windows, and we loved them. We defiantly would recommend them!

We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! They worked within my timeline. They expedited the work. They were extremely clean. There were no exterior trucks in the street. They did what they said they would do. I worked with alex who is the sales manger and he is great.

They are excellent. I have older windows and they did a beautiful job. They provide an good product with an excellent price.

Alex, the salesman was very helpful in helping me select the appropriate color combination; he went out of his way to bring samples that I could keep to bring shopping. THere was some difficulty getting the repairs scheduled, on my part and theirs. However, once we got started, it went smoothly other than the weather. 
SIDING: The siding was completed first, then the roof, and gutter last. The siding was completed first. I had taken down all of the electrical lamps. THe siding  crew brought backstops for the light fixtures, put them up, and went above and beyond and installed all of my new outdoor lights, front and back. Due to the wind storms [which blew down my gates/fences and scratched my new siding [oh horrors!], I requested that they replace a few small pieces. They were very kind given that it was not their error.  
DO's: I wish I had known that they would take down electrical or other structures [old alarm system] and bring matching back plates because I had bought the back plates and hired an electrician to take down and put them up. Fortunately, the electrician flaked and the siding guy helped me. 
DO: ask for a few replacement pieces and touch up.
ROOF: The shake roof removal was very messy given the 40 mph winds and took a bit longer than expected, but they cleaned up and removed the mess. I never expected such a mess, including in my attic and garage, but both needed cleaning. I love my new roof. THey also did a good job of replacing rotten wood.
GUTTERS: THe new gutters are simple, clean, and nonintrusive, so much more compact than the old ones.

They were very effective.  They did a good job and were very reasonable.  The crew was Ukrainian and worked very fast.  I spent about $6000 on that work.  Their competitor quoted $18000 for the same work.  The windows were of good quality.  Their quality was very fine and they were very responsive.  They did the work in 6 or 7 hours when it was actually a 2 day work.  They were professional.
