I hired Atticare to remove and install new insulation. Ricardo was awesome and responsive to my questions. They weren’t the least expensive but were reasonable. Elmer and his crew did the job. I have to say if I could give Elmar and his crew 10 out of 5 stars I would. I would totally recommend them.

The project manager, Dylan, was wonderful. Atticare was not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but the inspection and explanation of what needed to be done and how they would accomplish the rodent exclusion, cleanup and reinsulating was very helpful. The team that did the work was ontime and did a good job. There were 2 screens outside that were supposed to be fixed and missed. Dylan was right on top of getting someone back out to the house to rectify the situation.

The sales person, Sam was very through in his presentation and very detailed.. They were able to work with me on a date and showed up as scheduled . The installers were communicative and very neat. They even finished earlier in the day by bringing more help in as I had an unexpected appointment arise. I was shown pictures of the pre and post insulation to verify what was done. I would recommend them !

Three contractors came. Two never went into the attic at all, but just took pictures and phone app measurements from their ladder. Vladi Goldenberg, project manager with Atticare, carefully studied the attic configuration from inside the attic, accompanied with diagrams and photos. Of the other 2 contractors one never did ever give me an estimate for the job. On the other hand, Atticare spent time explaining in detail to me what his crew would do, showing pictures of their work. And while with me he already had a digitized contract for me to study. And when I called to hire Atticare for the job, I was able to sign and schedule it right from his digitized contract. His crew arrived right on time and as promised their work was neatly and well done. The other 2 contractors left the impression that this was just a job for them. Atticare exhibited pride in what they did from beginning to end.

Very protective of property while removing old insulation. Coordinated well with electrician for installation of attic fan. Vince the salesman was easy to work with and gave us some creative options. Elmer was the project manager and kept us informed of the progress. Assisted with programming the fan.

Atticare came an "vacuumed" out he old blown in insulation, closed up the holes to the outside and installed new insulation. They were prompt, worked cleanly, told us what they were doing and gave us pictures of the completed work.

They installed a whole house fan in the attic as well. The salesman Francisco was professional, the crew under Frandi had good communication and worked with the minimum disruption possible, and they took care to put up plastic to protect the house while they worked. It took one day.

Atticare LA is not an honorable company! We hired them for insulation and rodent proofing and had a problem with rodents entering out attic because they did not cover a vent that the rodents gained access through. Now we have to fumigate which is very costly. They are refusing to assist with that cost.
