I recommend Israel wholeheartedly after using his carpet cleaning service. He contacted me immediately after my request and made himself available to accommodate my need for the cleaning to be done two days later. Israelâ s work was exceptional; our pet-stained carpet looked like new when he was finished. He was professional, prompt, friendly and made sure I was happy with the outcome. His pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again!

Friendly and prompt. My polite criticism are 1. Suctioning equipment was not as strong as it could have been for my home. Stairs and upholstery were wet for 4 days and as itâ s my only entrance / exit to my home, discolor came right back. 2. After cleaning and after the sanitizer smell was gone, there was/is a small mildew smell where cleaning was done. This is my fault as I now know I need a full cleaning and drying experience. For non traffic areas, I would recommend.
