He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. "We had a great experience with Jose's Painting.  I was contacted by Jose Rosales very soon after my initial inquiry.  He was able to come by and give us an estimate within a day.  He walked through our three bedroom, multi-level townhouse and we discussed specific paint colors for various parts of the home.  Later that day he sent me a written estimate, including a one-page straightforward contract.  He also sent his proof of insurance.  Jose was very professional and polite, and communicates very clearly.  We scheduled a time for his crew to begin work and the work was started on time and completed ahead of schedule.  They moved all of the furniture and protected it along with the floors, and other wood surfaces that were not being painted.  During the project, we added some additional areas to be painted, and Jose was able to quickly give me an adjusted price.  The completed job was done with perfection!  All of the walls, trim, and doors were meticulously painted and exactly what we had asked for.  Jose remained responsive throughout the entire project.  The crew left our place "move in" ready, and we did not have to do anything once they finished.  I highly recommend this painting contractor and would definitely use them again."

"Exceeded my expectations.  This is the second time I have used J & B Painting.  The first time was back in February for the interior painting of two bathrooms and a bedroom.  They did an excellent job then, so we went ahead and had them do the exterior of the house and the gates/fences/awnings.  Cost for house was $3,800; fences/gates/awnings $1,200. 
We met with Bob Berger to go over all of the details and were scheduled to start on a Tuesday.  We then had to go out of the state for a family emergency on Monday night. We called Bob and told him to go ahead with the work, even though we would not be home (that's how much I trust him).  He called me regularly to let me know how things were going.
We returned two weeks later to find the house looking beautiful!  His team did an excellent job and took great care with all the trim and details.  I have a lot of delicate landscaping around the house and they were very careful not to damage any of it.  They even went so far as to remove items from a storage closet so they could paint the interior wall and move/replace a pile of bricks to access another wall, both in areas that no one really sees.
They returned to finish the doors and go over anything that might have been overlooked once we were back in town.  There was really nothing missed.
His workers are conscientious, polite, detail oriented and extremely neat (no paint/stain spilled on the ground, etc.)
They are now my go-to company for any painting job.  I highly recommend them without hesitation.

"We used Specialty Design to resurface and stain our concrete pool deck. It was a big job. They first had to grind off the old Sundek. Kaveh and his team were great. He communicated well, showed up on time, cost was fair, does high quality work and his guys took great pride in their work, were respectful and also cleaned up each day. We love our newly restored deck. I highly recommend Specialty Design Coatings."

"It went extremely well. Mr. White gave me a great price. He came by the next day after agreeing on price and start date and power washed the entire house. Looked for repairs that may be needed as well. Told me his crew would be here the following morning at 7:00am they were here about 6:45 am. They started working quickly and efficiently at sanding, filling stucco, checking for things that needed attention. Then began the actual painting around 11:00am. They prepped by covering my neighbors vehicles a fence as well to ensure that there wasn't any paint flying away anywhere. Paid very close attention to detail. They finished late afternoon and cleaned up behind themselves. Left me extra paint as well. There is a four year warranty on the job too! Mr. White helped me with the decision of exactly what paints I wanted and they blend very well. I chose a nice gray with black trim and went big and had my doors painted a fire engine red! Saw a few things I wanted touched up when he was by on Friday for payment and he sent someone out that very day to take care of. The house was painted on a Wednesday. I would have figured that a contractor would have been waiting at my door on Wednesday afternoon for payment. He gave me plenty of time to walk around look at and make comment. Was an extremely easy experience. The entire crew was courteous and worked very hard all day!"
