Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with his work and craftmanship."

Right away he introduced himself and was very personal telling me about his background and showed actual interest in providing service. I discussed a running toilet issue that may need a new flap and in the end we decided to do a total replacement. I was not impressed with the other two contractors that gave me bids after viewing the job. They just seem to overbid right off the bat and generally did not show interest in doing a great job. Tony just sounded like a down to earth, old school type with integrity n thats what sold me! Very hard to find good honest people like Tony.
