I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. He does every type of appliance repair. I would highly recommend him for any type of repairs m. Armando

I hired to repair a washing machine, without doing a thorough check, after only looking for 10 minutes he immediately told me it was the control board and recommend I replace the entire machine. Come to find out later, it was the outlet all along that tripped a fuse, something he never even checked. He assumed the worst without properly diagnosing the issue costing me way more than necessary. I feel like I was ripped off and misled. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for accurate and honest repair work

Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. We will most definitely use Blue Orca Repair again for our appliance repairs.
