There were issues with some of the work he was doing so I wanted him to come when I was home. I also wanted him to come on a monthly timeframe. After that, he didn't come at all. I have tried reaching him only to be told to send me my address and he would get back to me. He never did. I don't recommend using their services."

"Brad claims to charge more for higher-quality work, but that was not reflected in my experience. He rescheduled last-minute, showed up unprepared, and asked us for cash because he forgot his wallet. He took 7 hours to mount one TV (crookedly), hang a few photos (some uneven), and install an outlet. He did not finish the job? leaving a second TV and a mirror undone? Yet still charged us $520. I now have to pay someone else to fix everything. I am incredibly disappointed I even gave him a chance. Definitely not the professionalism or quality you would expect from someone with premium pricing. He was suppose to come back to ?fix? what he messed up later because he said he could not work anymore and is too tired. When you make a commitment to doing a job and doing it right you finish the job. I am so disappointed in myself for ever trusting him. He misrepresented his skill set. Please avoid. Although he is a nice man he is sloppy. "
