He was not only prompt - he actually called to see if he could arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled timeframe. He had all the right expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it, test it, and clean out the drain lines completely which I appreciated so I could have the rest of my Saturday afternoon free. He charged a reasonable fee and applied the diagnostic fee against the cost of the repair & parts. I would definitely call him again for any appliance repair. Note about safety: Due to coronavirus concerns, I’d been trying to avoid calling in a repairman, but I’d already tried all the troubleshooting steps in the manual, the Bosch website, and on YouTube, so I knew it was time to bring in a pro.
