A job like this is part art and part science, and Arnul stayed true to doing what was right, making my options clear with an eye towards creating a much better system in the end. I'm not a plumber, but I am a chemical engineer and he and I worked well together with a common goal. Once the project started, all of the crewmembers were friendly, polite, conscientious and hard working. In the end, we removed about 60-70 feet of unnecessary piping with far too many elbows which dramatically decreased the static head on the new pump. And by moving the tank uphill to a smarter location on a new platform they built under the house, we also removed maybe 90 lbs of water weight that the new pump has to push against. At Arnul's suggestion, we also doubled the system capacity with a larger tank so that it will last a long time with less cycling and more room for the submerged pump to operate. I have no idea what the original builders were thinking, but we now have a dependable system that my house deserves. And everything is very neat and professional appearing with the wire harnesses and straps neatly positioned."

Juans workmanship was excellent (neat, fast and no leaks). He recommended and installed a much better shutoff valve than I was planning on using. I would request him again. The cost was on the high side. They justify it by including an exam of your water heater (ours was fine) and answering questions on other possible plumbing issues. I could 've done without this."
