I was apprehensive about this project because the entire, crumbling sectional clay sewer line from my 95 year old home needed to be replaced. Bracing for some crazy expensive bids, I obtained four of them. One was actually crazy; of the other three, I chose Fito for their very professional proposal and excellent value. On the day of the job, they pulled up fully equipped and ready to roll, and knocked it out in a day. Added to that, the entire crew, to a person, were so courteous I considered it a bonus. Satisfied? So much so I had them replace all the drain lines under the house the next day, again for an excellent price. Don't get upsold, cross-sold or down-sold; I believe you can trust this company to do your job correctly and honestly.

Helpful staff. Plumbing is very expensive. $350 for one hour of work to use a camera to tell me my slow draining toilet is another problem which would cost $750

Fito Plumbers installed a new sewer line at my house. I appreciate good customer service when I see it, especially when it is with a contractor. My experience with Fito Plumbers was a positive one from the very beginning. From the quote, all the way through the final signoff Fito's team was great. Fito was honest and kept in communication with me over the one month period that it took to get the permits. His team showed up when he said they would, they were courteous and they respected my property. They did not kill one plant on my property which is a first. They cleaned up at the end of each day and they restored the pavers to the point where I can not tell where they had to remove them. I also appreciate that Fito's team power washed all the utility paint markings not only on my property but in the street. My street is covered with paint from previous work by others. Overall, Fito Plumbers was competitively priced and went beyond expectations with the installation.

Professional finished the job in a timely manner.

I had a main waterline (meter to house) break. Angel F. came out on a Thursday afternoon (same day I contacted him) and did the fix on the following morning. We replaced PVC with copper. This was a very interesting experience as I expected the front yard to be dug up. Not so: Fito had the equipment necessary to 'pull' the existing PVC while replacing it with the copper line in one relatively fast process. I don't know if Fito has the best pricing, but more important to us is that we received superior service as well as a superior product and installation. Peace of mind and knowing a job as important as this far outweigh getting multiple bids and finding the cheapest contractor. You do get what you pay for.

Technicians were right on time, thorough, efficient, polite and respectful of me and my property. They did an extra repair (free of charge ) and voluntarily as I did not request that they do so.

Fito plumbers came out the very day I called. The young man who did the work was very polite, worked neatly, and wore a mask the entire time. He serviced my hot water heater which hadn t been done in 5 years. Less than an hour later the job was complete.

Our sewage injector pump in Oakland went bananas right after the holiday and needed to be replaced. But more than that, I already knew that the installation was very suboptimal and needed to be completely re-engineered. Sure, we could've only replaced the pump as-is but we'd be right back where we were one day. Enter Fito Plumbers who quickly responded to my first call and began rethinking the layout & piping while getting our system working until the new pump came in. A job like this is part art and part science, and Arnul stayed true to doing what was right, making my options clear with an eye towards creating a much better system in the end. I'm not a plumber, but I am a chemical engineer and he and I worked well together with a common goal. Once the project started, all of the crewmembers were friendly, polite, conscientious and hard working. In the end, we removed about 60-70 feet of unnecessary piping with far too many elbows which dramatically decreased the static head on the new pump. And by moving the tank uphill to a smarter location on a new platform they built under the house, we also removed maybe 90 lbs of water weight that the new pump has to push against. At Arnul's suggestion, we also doubled the system capacity with a larger tank so that it will last a long time with less cycling and more room for the submerged pump to operate. I have no idea what the original builders were thinking, but we now have a dependable system that my house deserves. And everything is very neat and professional appearing with the wire harnesses and straps neatly positioned.

Fito plumbers came out Christmas Eve day to meet me at my property. He scoped the sewer and found cracks. Fito plumbing started the day after Christmas and was done in two days. They replaced about 65 feet of sewer line. I will always hire them for my needs and recommend them for others.

The service was great. The techs were very clear on what 5ge job involves and what it takes to fix it. They did not hide anything or changed task halfway through.
