"We've had an issue going on for about 7 years now. Turns out that a root had lodged itself in our main sewer line and with our older pipes it wasn't allowing any snake I could buy to get the blockage clear. A call to Jay and his crew at Precise plumbing and within 2 days we had our concrete dug up, the pipe and issue located and replaced. That's not the end of the story however. Our grade of our sewer line didn't allow for the line to completely clear itself and later that day we had more water in pipe.
