Robert and his crew were great. They were able to replace my rusty old drain pipes that had developed a hole in one pipe and replace them. The drain system works great and I appreciate the hard work and effort in just finding the parts needed for my almost 100 year old plumbing and getting the replacement parts installed quickly so I could use water again. I did a bit of research even though we had been without hot water for about a week. Mainly because we had roofers working and no roof where the water heater would be going in the garage. I received a call from Robert before we were ready for the project to begin and wrote down his info including the quote. I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient.

Robert and Franky were great. Just nice people to work with. Our water tank sprung a leak on a Monday, and Facilities Plumbing & Drain gave me a quote and finished the work on Tuesday (only 24 hours without hot water!). The cost was in the range of other quotes I got (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, and they installed a top end Rinnai unit). Given the quality of people I interacted with, the work product, and how quickly they got the job done, I would say I got very good value for the price I paid. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys were great! They came and gave me a great quote around 12:30 pm. Job was completed the same day? Who does that these days? Price was half of what I was quoted by another company and they did what I asked for. Other company would not oblige my request. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I called a Plumbing contractor when our front yard had a leak and we had to shut off the water, fearing the worst. Robert came within the hour, despite it being a busy time for him.
