They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!

JPC team did an excellent, professional job on our storm water sump pumps related project. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October.

I had 2 control valves replaced with short notice. I am usually a DIY homeowner, but very happy that I found this pro to complete this job quickly and well done.

JPC came in and took their time to thoroughly inspect our kitchen so that they can give us options on how we can install a new gas line as we were switching from an electric to a gas range. Their pricing is very fair, they are friendly and courteous. When they found out that we forgot to purchase a flexible gas hose, they went above and beyond and went out to buy one. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing jobs.

Great service and quick. Plumber was very knowledgeable. Only negative was the appointment schedule. I was told between 1pm and 2pm but the plumber didn t arrive until 4pm. I think the dispatcher or owner needs to work on how to schedule clients. Plumber for me has no fault in that.

Jpc Rooter plumbing are very proffesional. They will explain the problem and give the solution of your problem. I am very happy of their job when my pipe in my crawlling space was broken. Everthing was cleaned in my crawlling space and the dirty water came out and the broken pipe replace a new one. I highly recomment to every body who has a plumbing problem.
