We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out.
