"The service was prompt and professional, but overall very expensive for what was done. The cost was over $700 for less than 3hrs work from one person, plus the cost of the estimate. They replaced burned out main and backup sump pumps . Through no fault of theirs, the backup was faulty. So, in fact the backup did not get installed. The next day I purchased a new one and called back to ask if they would install the back up and if I had to pay more for them to do it. This would have been less than an hour to do. Even after several calls to them and speaking with several people, they never called me back or answered my question. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't pay them until the full service was complete. I felt like once they got my payment, they really couldn't be bothered to call me back. Although the actual workers that came out were great, I won't be using them in the future."

His team showed up when he said they would, they were courteous and they respected my property. They did not kill one plant on my property which is a first. They cleaned up at the end of each day and they restored the pavers to the point where I can not tell where they had to remove them. I also appreciate that Fito's team power washed all the utility paint markings not only on my property but in the street. My street is covered with paint from previous work by others. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."
