"Called Drainco out for clogged drain(s), and was a little concerned that an AGENT ROOTER van pulled up, but Eric and his assistant, who arrived within the time frame, assured me that they work closely with Drainco, and went to work on what was a mess of roots in the main line. None of the standard clean-outs were usable, so they had to remove both toilets and snake from there. I was there, so I could see how difficult it was. I knew my plumbing needed a major overhaul, but until then, I'm grateful that Eric kept at it until I at least had toilets that flushed! The bill was very reasonable and they left the house clean. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully not too soon).

They always showed up on time every morning (it was a 10 day job). They worked throughout the day. They were great at making sure to seal off the work areas so they didn’t make a big mess & they cleaned up after themselves. Friendly crew, felt comfortable having them in my house. "not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"It went very well.  They were here when they said there would be here and finished when they said they would be done.... 3 days.  They were neat and cleaned up very well.  The wall patches were done well too.  After completion, there was a drip at an outside joint.  When we called, they came right out and fixed it.  We have had no problems since.
