Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. visit we went through the house and showed him the windows we needed
replaced.  He measured each window and
took notes.  
The window he was selling was called Brother?s Extreme.  The windows seemed not well made to us and we
never could figure out who actually made the windows.
