"We were really pleased with our experience with Aqua Care. I emailed Irit for a quote to install a new pool heater to replace a very old unit. I was comparing a quote I received from another company and Aqua Care not only charged significantly less, but told us that the unit the other company had recommended was not necessary for our system and that the unit wasn't eligible for a rebate, even though the company had told us it was (and she was right). These suggestions alone saved us $600. Irit offered to come look at our system, but we were pressed for time, so she asked that we send a picture instead. She knew exactly what we had and what we needed based on the image, which was super helpful. Aqua Care responded within 12 hours of the initial message I sent, and after a series of emails filled with questions from me, we decided to go with them for the install. I spoke with Irit on the phone on Thursday evening and they installed the unit the next morning. Raul, who came to install, was super sweet, communicative, punctual, and he just knew his stuff. He gave us tips, suggestions on how to keep things working properly, and names of people who could help with other things we needed. He explained why the unit we went with was a good choice and showed us how to use everything. Overall, the price was really fair, the service was quick, Raul and Irit were responsive and knowledgable, and the heater is working so far! "We hired Tropical Breeze to complete a driveway replacement in July of 2023. Shortly after the driveway was completed and the final bill was paid, we noticed large unsightly dark spots all over the entire driveway. Some of the bigger spots measure over five feet long and three feet wide. We contacted JJ, the owner via text to explain the problem and attached plenty of photos. We also asked if he would return to the job site to look at the dark spots in person. He was very dismissive from the get-go and said there wasn?t much that could be done and to wait until the summer to see if the spots lightened up or go away. We waited the recommended time and the large unsightly dark spots did not go away. We reached out again via text explaining the problem did not improve and again asked to schedule a phone call to discuss. He was again very dismissive and unwilling to even discuss the problem let alone do anything about it. Do not use this contractor. "
