"Quick response with quote, which was really reasonable. They were able to complete the project right away. I had them remove glued down wood flooring, which is really difficult. A couple hours after they arrived the area was cleaned and ready for install. Will hire again for other projects."

"Called Drainco out for clogged drain(s), and was a little concerned that an AGENT ROOTER van pulled up, but Eric and his assistant, who arrived within the time frame, assured me that they work closely with Drainco, and went to work on what was a mess of roots in the main line. None of the standard clean-outs were usable, so they had to remove both toilets and snake from there. I was there, so I could see how difficult it was. I knew my plumbing needed a major overhaul, but until then, I'm grateful that Eric kept at it until I at least had toilets that flushed! The bill was very reasonable and they left the house clean. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully not too soon).

"They had done roof repairs for us in the past, so we hired them to do painting (inside & outside), stucco work, refinished our front door and tiled a bathroom. They always showed up on time every morning (it was a 10 day job). They worked throughout the day. They were great at making sure to seal off the work areas so they didn’t make a big mess & they cleaned up after themselves. Friendly crew, felt comfortable having them in my house. "I received 3 bids for this project.  From the very first interview with Roei, a partner I was impressed with his ability to advise on some ideas to save money and make the kitchen more efficient, he was very professional and never pushed me.   I hired him to start 7/31/13, he quoted 2 weeks, and it was completed in 2 weeks, and the cost was as quoted.   This was one of the best renovation experiences I have had in the 40 yrs I have lived in this house.   All the workers, were polite, on time, cleaned up after, and did really good work.  I would hire Best Builders again for any home projects and recommend them highly to anyone else looking for a good experience in renovating any part of their home.

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"Ricardo Guzman arrived on time and performed the work in an expert, professional and clean manor. He went the extra mile and corrected some sloppy work the electrician did which loosened some roof tiles. Ricardo even painted all the pipes so they would be consistent! He cleaned up all the gutter leaves and swept around the area he worked. He then provided pictures of all the work he had done. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! THEY PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE ROOF AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THEN THEY PROVIDE AFTER PICTURES!!! When we need our roof done which is hopefully not soon, we will hire them. I will hire them to do roof maintenance (gutters etc) on a regular basis. The whole process from beginning to end was great!!"
