Instead of pushing for a full replacement of my tankless water heater, he took the time to process a warranty claim for the heat exchanger directly with Rinnai, saving me a lot of money. While the part was being shipped, I went on a family trip, and Jeff stayed on top of everything. As soon as I got back, he was at my house the very next day to install the part and make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare these days to find someone so honest, committed, and equipped to handle any challenge with such professionalism. Jeff’s not just doing a job—he truly cares about doing it right.
