After a bit of research on Angie's List, I called The Drain Company around 3:00 and was given a verbal dollar estimate ($145 minimum on the weekend) and a time estimate of between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. I received a call from Kent at 5:15 PM that he was on the way. He arrived about a half an hour later. He sent the snake down the line, and it soon cleared the clog. He left it going for several extra feet to make sure to clear any additional roots all the way to the street.

Rudy and Joe are honest hard workers who made sure the job was done perfectly before leaving.  When we tested the job and saw a small hole in one of the new pipes they had gotten, there was zero hesitation as they removed the pipe and put in a new one that worked like a charm.
If everybody was as honest as Rudy, there wouldn't be a need for Angie's List.  Will absolute call him next time I need anything done.
